So I previously built version 6 but recently broke it down to build v7. Here are some of my thoughts: It was nice to get away from the unnecessary light brick, and I loved the idea of the d-pad buttons pressing in, but alas that technique hasn't been working out for me. The tire piece below it doesn't properly fit and keep the d-pad even. Mine keeps getting stuck at an angle when I press it. Also the red A&B buttons were moved half a stud to the right and feels just sliiiiiightly too close to the edge, but that can probably be modified back over without much sweat. Still on the fence if I'm gonna rebuild v6 or just wait for the next update. All-in-all, this is still one of my favorite MOCs. Instructions and building process can be intricate and difficult, but the final result has everything it's supposed to have.

Brick Steakhouse
It was nice to get away from the unnecessary light brick, and I loved the idea of the d-pad buttons pressing in, but alas that technique hasn't been working out for me. The tire piece below it doesn't properly fit and keep the d-pad even. Mine keeps getting stuck at an angle when I press it. Also the red A&B buttons were moved half a stud to the right and feels just sliiiiiightly too close to the edge, but that can probably be modified back over without much sweat. Still on the fence if I'm gonna rebuild v6 or just wait for the next update.
All-in-all, this is still one of my favorite MOCs. Instructions and building process can be intricate and difficult, but the final result has everything it's supposed to have.
Does anyone who built v7 have any tips/tricks for the tire placement under the d-pad?
