With over 160,000 MOCs on Rebrickable, there are plenty to choose from. If you are looking for a MOC you can build with parts in your collection, go and read the Build Search page. If you are looking for other ways to browse MOCs read on.
To start, go to MOCs> Find MOCs. From there you will be greeted with a few tabs that you can browse:
Hottest MOCs: These are usually more recent MOCs that are getting a lot of attention, if other people like them, maybe you will too!
Premium MOCs: some of the best selling premium MOCs on Rebrickable
Discounted MOCs: Premium MOCs that currently have a discount
Newest MOCs: The most recently approved MOCs, it doesn't get fresher than this!
Random: Felling lucky? A random offering of MOCs
MOC Search
But what if you are after something more specific? A MOC search could be your answer. Add a term to the search bar and click the search symbol. These search terms will search the MOC number, designer name, description and tags.
There are also advanced search options that can be used. This allows for the following additional options:
Choose to limit results to MOCs in a specific theme
Choose to include or exclude Premium and/or Free MOCs. You can also limit result to only those that have a discount.
Choose to show only Alt Builds
You can limit the results to only show alts for sets in your collection
You can choose to include or exclude partial alternates which require 2-5 sets to build
See only MOCs that were released in a specific time frame
See only MOCs that have a specific number of parts
To further refine your results, you can click Show Filters > text under the search box. Note this only appears after you have run a search.
This allows you to filter out Alternates of specific sets, designers, themes, or years, as well as showing you how many search results fall in each category. If you want to exclude a small number of themes, untick the ones you don't want and click Apply Filtersto see the results. If you only want to include a small number of themes, clickNone to untick all the items, and then you can tick only the ones you want. If you want to go back to having all included you can click Clear. This is useful as clicking Apply Filters will remove unticked items from the list, Clear is the way to get these back.
Other Ways to find MOCs
If you want to see all MOCs by a specific designer, click on their username, or the MOCs tab on their profile. You can even follow them if you want to be notified of future MOC releases.
If you want to be notified of newly submitted MOCs you can build, make sure to check your Notification Settings.
If you want to see all MOCs with a specific tag, find any MOC with the wanted tag and click on the tag. If you know the tag number you can use this URL: https://rebrickable.com/mocs/?tag=XXX
